The Horoscope Of The World

NEPTUNE, THE EURO AND MASS HYPNOSIS

When Neptune enters a sign,
it appears like a godsend.
It is the answer to prayers,
much the way romantic young lovers feel
when they see ehat gorgeous vision from across the supermarket
(or more likely, a bar at three A.M.),
The vision appears as almost divine intervention
the product of an inspired consciousness.

When the Euro was first introduced,
it was presented
as such an inspired, even altruistic solution
to Europe's long problems--
a perfect way to both compete with the dollar
and at the same time strengthen and unify Europe,
restoring it to a power
it had not been able to regain since WWII.

The arrival of Neptune into Aquarius is just that:
a way to bring people together for a common purpose
and help them in a collective way
achieve their collective wishes.

It's a perfect metaphor.
It's especially clear when
when you understand that the departure of Neptune from a sign
is often a colossal disappointment.
Your hopes and dreams
fall far short of the magical properties
you attributed to Neptune at the outset.
The veil parts.
The cloud lifts.
The lights go on.
You get the joke.

Contrary to popular belief,
Neptune is not merely about rock stars, drugs, booze and loose clergymen.
It has a lot more to do with money and banking
than most people might think.

Here is another darker aspect of Neptune in Aquarius
that is unpleasant to contemplate:

Mass Hypnosis

You don't have to be a way over the top conspiracy theorist
to grasp this other side of Neptune in Aquarius.
This is maniifested by a phenomeonal ability
on the part of one individual or group
to convince
huge numbers of people
that something is true,
which, in the end,
will be proved to be quite false.

As nutty as it may sound,
there are many intelligent, educated individuals out there
who believe that at this very moment
airplans are flying over our cities
and spraying all sorts of
experimental mind-altering drugs on the populace.

They say that the Military
utilizes weird drugs to
make their enemies more docils and submissive
and their own troops more aggressive.

You do not have to go that far, however.

You don't have to be especially paranoid,
to see that in order to MAINTAIN ORDER,
large numbers of people
must be persuaded to believe
that someone is driving the bus.
Some great humanitarian Force
is looking out for their welfare...
one or more persons ---vastly more experienced and knowledgeable
human beings who are figuring everything out
(with formulas and methods much too comploilcated for ordinary people to understand),
setting up systems
that will keep the masses safe and sleeping at night.

You don't have to be a paranoid schizophrenic
to imagine that
you are being subliminally controlled by TV.
Just watch television for a couple of hours.
(Let's not even mention the commercials
which,
according to their latest "scientific" research,
successfully commands the masses what to fear
and what medications to take to allay those fears and alleviate their depression)

When it's time to think one thing, that's what you are told.
When it's time to believe something else,
then you get THAT piece of news.

If you're at all critical,
you're deemed crazy.

Just look at the evolution of the reputation of

the EURO

from the beginning of Neptune in Aquarius

to now.

BUT HERE'S THE BEST KICKER OF ALL:

The people who perpetrate illusions
end up as much
the victims of the illusions
as the masses
they're selling their illusions to.

THAT IS HOW NEPTUNE WINS
EVERY SINGLE TIME.
